Solutions Staffing, Inc. works closely with client companies to assist the specific needs of their staff. We provide employee recruitment, administer background/drug test screenings, on-site training, production management, and employee scheduling for clients.

During the recruitment process, we at Solutions Staffing, Inc. search for ideal candidates to fulfill the needs of our clients. We offer full time positions which may include over-time pay, part-time positions, flexible scheduling such as 1st or 2nd shift, 401k Plan, paid time off, and health benefits. At Solutions Staffing, Inc., our passion is to provide resources to help guide our employees to acquire new or advanced skills, knowledge, and view points by which we provide the training where new ideas can be applied.

Community Involvement

Solutions Staffing, Inc. has sponsored many community events and worked directly with locals in the Twin Cities. We have held charity events and donated school supplies to K-12 grade schools. Donated to local activities, concerts, churches, and temples. Our goal is to be passionate, compassionate, and be impactful to make a difference.
